We recently leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Liberty. From start to finish, these guys handled everything professionally (and without the nonsense we got from Fields). The salesmen we worked with (Jacey and Ben Jacobs) were great. They couldn't have been nicer and were straight forward with us on price. It didn't feel like the classic "let's make a deal" you get in other dealerships. They gave us their best price, plain and simple. As it turned out, the price couldn't be beat. I called and went to the majority of other dealerships around the area, and nobody could come close on price. I just wanted to take a moment to tell you what a great experience I had today at Liberty Jeep. Specifically with Jim Gray in the service department. I am in the area for business and had a meeting in Libertyville. After my meeting my check engine light came on and with a quick search on my phone Liberty Jeep was the closest dealer. I approached the service desk and spoke to Jim Gray. I told him I was from St. Louis and that my engine light on my 2005 Grand Cherokee just came on. He understood my problem and before I could say it and asked me if I wanted to know if it was safe to drive back to St. Louis. That is exactly what I wanted to know. To my surprise, Jim asked me to pull my car in to the bay and had a service technician look at it immediately. As it turned out it was only a catalytic converter error message. Jim assured me the car was safe to drive and said to take it to my local Jeep dealer when I got home. To say the least, I was surprised by the outstanding customer service Jim offered.
